 Hire Ability Day is an effort to inform the community about the business and employment solutions available through a diverse, untapped workforce - individuals with developmental disabilities.

While an annual luncheon is the focal point if this effort, any day that an organization seizes the opportunity to employ an individual with a developmental disability is a "Hire Ability Day."

The Honorable Neil Romano, Former Assistant Secretary to the Department of Labor is considered on of the nation's leading authorities in the field of media and public advocacy.
